1. Acceptance

By opening, accessing or using HZB CHAT, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the HZB CHAT Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

HZB CHAT does not perform identity or age verification. Do not use the service if you are under 18.

3. Nature of the service

HZB CHAT provides temporary, anonymous matching and live text communication between currently connected browsers. The service does not require a conventional user account, public profile or persistent chat history.

Matching is automated and may be unavailable, delayed, interrupted or inaccurate. We do not guarantee that another user will always be available or that a connection will remain active.

4. Anonymous does not mean risk-free

Do not assume that another participant is who they claim to be. Do not disclose passwords, OTPs, banking details, financial credentials, government ID numbers, exact home addresses or other sensitive information.

Another participant can copy, screenshot or record a conversation. HZB CHAT cannot prevent another person from retaining information outside the service.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use HZB CHAT lawfully and responsibly. You must not:

• Harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate or repeatedly target another person;
• Share, request or facilitate sexual content involving anyone under 18;
• Share non-consensual intimate content or encourage sexual exploitation;
• Promote hate, violence or credible threats against people or protected groups;
• Attempt fraud, phishing, scams, impersonation, extortion or financial deception;
• Dox, expose or solicit another person's private or identifying information;
• Use the service for spam, automated abuse, scraping or attempts to disrupt the service;
• Distribute malware or instructions intended to compromise another person's device or account;
• Use HZB CHAT for unlawful activity or to evade applicable law; or
• Misrepresent yourself in a way intended to defraud, harm or endanger another person.

6. Child safety

HZB CHAT is an adults-only service and must not be used to target, groom, exploit or sexually abuse anyone under 18. Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming and related conduct are strictly prohibited. If we become aware of prohibited child-safety content or conduct, we may take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law and our safety procedures.

For a safety concern or report, use the in-app support option or contact the service operator through the published support channel.

6. User content

You are responsible for what you choose to send. HZB CHAT does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, legality, safety or reliability of user-generated content. Do not rely on another participant's statements as verified facts.

7. Safety and ending a session

You may end or swipe away from a live session at any time. If a conversation becomes uncomfortable, threatening or unsafe, end the session and seek appropriate help. HZB CHAT is not an emergency, crisis, medical, legal or law-enforcement service.

8. Privacy and live-only data

Our Privacy Policy explains the live-only data model. HZB CHAT does not intentionally maintain a permanent user profile or chat-history database. Message content is end-to-end encrypted in the browser before transmission; realtime infrastructure relays ciphertext so the matched participant can decrypt it locally. Encryption keys are generated for the temporary session and are not stored as account credentials.

Third-party infrastructure can have its own technical processing and terms. End-to-end encryption protects message content, but it does not make network metadata invisible and cannot guarantee that Internet communications leave no technical traces outside HZB CHAT's application layer.

9. Availability and changes

We may add, remove, modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device/browser, or a particular matching volume or response time.

10. Suspension or termination

We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, infrastructure, comply with law, address abuse, or prevent security threats. Ending a session also clears the application's local live-chat state for that session.

11. Intellectual property

The HZB CHAT name, interface, branding, software and other service materials are owned by or licensed to Aexara Technologies unless otherwise stated. You may use the service for its intended personal purpose, but may not copy, reverse engineer, redistribute, resell or commercially exploit protected portions of the service except where applicable law permits or we expressly authorize it.

12. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HZB CHAT is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. We do not warrant that the service will always be secure, uninterrupted, error-free, suitable for a particular purpose, or that another participant will behave appropriately.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aexara Technologies and its personnel will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, HZB CHAT, including conduct or content of other users. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

14. Third-party services

HZB CHAT uses third-party infrastructure for realtime connectivity. Itty Sockets states that its free service has no logging or tracking and that relayed messages are not stored by its service. It remains an independent third-party service provider and may have its own terms and policies.

15. Governing law

These Terms are intended to be interpreted under the laws applicable in India, subject to any mandatory rights or protections that apply to you under applicable law. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts as provided by applicable law.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continuing to use HZB CHAT after the updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
