Privacy Policy

1. Who operates HZB CHAT

HZB CHAT is operated by Aexara Technologies (“Aexara”, “we”, “us” or “our”). This policy applies to the HZB CHAT website and its anonymous live-chat functionality.

2. Privacy model

HZB CHAT is designed as an anonymous, live-only conversation service. You do not need to create an account or provide your name, phone number, email address, password or public profile to use the core chat experience.

3. Information we collect

Information you do not have to provide

• Name, username or profile photo
• Phone number or email address
• Password or account credentials
• Contacts, address book or device files
• Precise location

Temporary session information

To pair two currently connected browsers, the app generates a random temporary browser/session identifier and uses the category you select, such as Boy, Girl, Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual or Other. These values are used only to operate the live matching session and are not intended to form a permanent user profile.

4. Live chat messages

Messages are held only in the browser's runtime memory for the active conversation. Before a chat message leaves the browser, HZB CHAT encrypts it using application-level end-to-end encryption (ECDH key agreement, HKDF key derivation and AES-GCM authenticated encryption). The realtime relay receives encrypted ciphertext and does not receive the plaintext chat content or the session encryption key. HZB CHAT does not maintain a chat-history database for these messages. When the session ends, the local conversation state and in-memory encryption keys are cleared.

HZB CHAT currently uses Itty Sockets as the realtime relay. Itty Sockets publicly states that its free service does not use logging, tracking or storage for relayed messages and describes messages as being relayed and forgotten.

Because this is a third-party infrastructure service, its operation is governed by its own policies and technical controls. End-to-end encryption protects message content from the relay, but connection metadata such as timing, channel/connection information and network-level information may still be observable or processed by infrastructure providers. HZB CHAT cannot guarantee that Internet communications leave no technical traces outside the application's control.

5. Device and technical information

The website itself does not ask you to submit identifying device information. Nevertheless, ordinary Internet infrastructure can process technical information such as an IP address, browser/network metadata, connection timestamps or security information. Such processing may occur at the browser, Internet service provider, CDN, relay, hosting or other infrastructure layer and may be governed by those providers' policies.

6. Cookies and local storage

HZB CHAT does not require advertising cookies or an account cookie for chat. The current interface may use browser-local storage only for a non-identifying presentation preference such as theme selection. We do not use that preference to create a user profile.

7. How information is used

Temporary information is used only as reasonably necessary to provide matching, live messaging, reconnect handling, safety flows and basic service operation. We do not sell HZB CHAT user chat content or create advertising profiles from conversations.

8. Safety and user-generated content

Anonymous chat is not a guarantee of anonymity from the other participant. A person you chat with may take screenshots, record their screen, copy messages or otherwise disclose a conversation. Never share passwords, OTPs, financial credentials, exact home addresses or other sensitive information with another user.

HZB CHAT is not an emergency service. If you are in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency services or a trusted person.

9. Children

HZB CHAT is intended for people who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly design the service for children. If you are under 18, do not use HZB CHAT.

10. Privacy requests

Because the service does not maintain a conventional user account or chat-history database, there may be no HZB-held account record to access, export or delete. If you believe HZB CHAT is holding personal information about you or you have a privacy-related question, contact Aexara Technologies using the contact details published through its official HZB CHAT/company channels. We will review requests in accordance with applicable law.

11. Security

We use a privacy-minimising architecture and limit the application data needed to run a live session. However, no Internet transmission or software system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You use the service at your own risk and should avoid sending sensitive information.

12. Third-party services and links

The service may rely on third-party infrastructure for realtime connectivity and web delivery. Third-party services are responsible for their own systems and policies. We are not responsible for privacy practices of third-party services that are outside our control.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the service, infrastructure or applicable requirements change. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
